We have designed our shipping and delivery framework to be as transparent and efficient as possible.

To ensure a smooth mutual understanding between our team and our valued shoppers, we request that you read the following comprehensive guidelines detailing our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, logistics partnerships, and acceptance policies. By placing an order with KESHO BD, you agree to the terms outlined in this section.

Standard Delivery Timeframes and Exceptional Delays

We know how excited you are to receive your items, which is why speed is a core pillar of our operational process.

  • Standard Delivery: Under normal circumstances, KESHO BD is committed to delivering your goods within a rapid timeframe of 3 to 5 business days. We process orders promptly so that dispatch happens almost immediately after your order confirmation.

  • Extended Delivery Periods: While we strive for perfection, external factors occasionally interfere with our standard schedule. If there is an unforeseen problem with the product sourcing, quality control checks, or unexpected logistical disruptions, delivery may be extended. In these rare events, our customer support team will proactively inform you of the situation. Please note that under such special circumstances, the delivery window will shift to 7 to 15 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times as we work diligently to resolve the bottleneck.

To serve customers in every corner of the country, KESHO BD relies on a vast and dynamic distribution network.

  • Third-Party Partnerships: Please be informed that KESHO BD does not currently maintain a personal, in-house fleet of delivery riders or vehicles.

  • Trusted Couriers: To ensure your packages reach you no matter where you are located in Bangladesh, we proudly partner with top-tier, third-party logistics companies. Your orders will be handled and delivered by trusted professionals from companies such as Steadfast, Pathao Courier, Redx, and other reputable national courier services. Because we utilize these external partners, the actual delivery personnel will represent these respective courier companies rather than KESHO BD directly.

Delivery Attempts and Rider Communication

Clear communication between you and the delivery rider is essential for a successful handover.

  • Phone Call Protocols: When your package is out for delivery, the assigned rider from our third-party logistics partner will contact you via the phone number provided during your checkout process.

  • Missed Calls and Secondary Attempts: We understand that you may be busy, at work, or temporarily away from your phone. If a customer fails to answer the rider’s phone calls during the initial delivery attempt, the rider will not immediately cancel your order. Instead, the courier will securely hold your package and make a second delivery attempt on the very next day. We strongly advise keeping your phone accessible and returning any missed calls from unknown numbers on the days you are expecting a KESHO BD package.

Order Accuracy and Mandatory Acceptance

We take immense pride in the accuracy of our catalog and the quality of the visual representations on our website.

  • Exact Matches: Our fulfillment team conducts rigorous checks to ensure the item packed is the exact item you clicked on. If the delivery rider arrives and the physical product perfectly matches the images, specifications, and details of the product you ordered from the KESHO BD website, you are obligated to receive the product and pay the total bill. * Zero-Tolerance for Baseless Rejections: Refusing a perfectly accurate order wastes valuable logistical resources, time, and packaging. Therefore, rejecting a package that strictly matches your order description at the doorstep is not permitted.

Cancellations, Partial Deliveries, and Platform Integrity

While we maintain strict rules on acceptance, we also provide a structured framework for genuine issues regarding partial deliveries or on-the-spot cancellations.

  • The Process for Partial/Canceled Orders: If you absolutely must cancel an order at the time of delivery, or if you wish to do a partial intake of your order, you are required to pay the standard delivery charge to the rider to compensate for the logistics effort.

  • Mandatory Contact and Valid Reasoning: Paying the delivery charge alone is not enough to close the issue. The customer must immediately contact the KESHO BD customer support team while the rider is present, or shortly after, to thoroughly describe the problem and provide a highly valid, justifiable reason for the cancellation or partial intake.

  • Actions Against Invalid Claims: KESHO BD reviews all cancellation reasons carefully. If our team determines that the reason provided is invalid, fabricated, or an attempt to manipulate our logistics system, the KESHO BD management reserves the right to take strict action against you. This may include permanently banning your account, blacklisting your phone number and address from our systems, and restricting you from placing any future cash-on-delivery orders across our platform,  also taking action in social media.
